Parking

All apartments at The Cricketers have an allocated, private car parking space. These spaces are defined in the HM Land Registry and are tied with their respective properties. They should be freely available to the residents who have the right to access them.

How to locate your private car parking space:
  • Click the image below for a large plan of the development
  • Locate your block of apartments in the picture
  • Your apartment will be on the Ground floor, First floor or Second floor (G, F or S)
  • Take note of the plot number for the floor you are on
  • Then, simply look for the matching number
  • The matching number is the location of your private car parking space
Site Plan
Key:
  • 1 – 69 = Original plot number (this is not your postal address number)
  • G F S = Ground floor, First floor, Second floor
  • VP = Visitor Parking
  • R = Refuse
Two examples are:

16 G
This is the Ground floor apartment to the right of the entrance steps, with an original plot number of 16. The corresponding number is located underneath the same block of apartments. It is in the left-hand bay. This is the undercover, private car parking space for that apartment

27 S
This is the Second floor (top floor) apartment to the left of the entrance steps, with an original plot number of 27. The corresponding number is located outside, near the steps which lead down to Kirkstall Lane. This is the outdoor, private car parking space for that apartment

Alternatively, you can view the HM Land Registry title plan boundary document for your property which outlines exactly where your private car parking space is. A small fee of £3 is charged to use this service.

Retro-fitted garage doors:

‘The Illingworth’ apartments (denoted in orange on the plan), have provision for undercover car parking. These sheltered spaces are reserved for the ground and first floor apartments. The exception is block ‘C’ in which the developers chose to utilise two undercover car parking spaces for refuse bin storage, instead.

Garage doors do not imply ownership of two bays by one leaseholder / tenant. If you find your car parking space is inaccessible because it is located behind garage doors, you will need to be issued with a duplicate key or key fob so you can access your space.

Please ask your landlord for access or have a chat to the neighbour whose space will be adjacent to yours. If you are on the ground floor, this will be the neighbour in the apartment immediately above you. If you are on the first floor, this will be the neighbour in the apartment immediately below you.

Alternatively, you can contact the Managing Agents for information on how gain access to your space. Their contact details can be found on the Residential Information page.
